📝 Admission and Withdrawal
- All applications for admission must be submitted in writing on the prescribed form available at the school office.
- Admissions are ordinarily granted at the beginning of the academic term.
- Admission to Classes I–IX will be considered only after the Annual Examination and subject to seat availability. No prior registration will be entertained.
- The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission to any candidate without assigning reasons.

- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended (for students seeking admission after Class I).
- Official Birth Certificate (Municipal/Baptismal) for new pupils joining fresh from home or private schools, to verify the date of birth.
- Admission to Class I does not guarantee admission to senior secondary classes. Admission to Class XI is based on performance in Class X.
For Students from Unrecognised Schools (Class I and above):
- An affidavit by the parent/guardian before a magistrate, clearly stating:
- Reason for not joining a recognised school.
- Name and address of the unrecognised school.
- Class attended and subjects studied.
- Last examination passed, if any.
- Leaving certificate of the unrecognised school.
- Official Birth Certificate.
- Self‑attested copy of marks obtained in the last examination.
Note: All documents submitted at the time of admission become the property of the school and will not be returned.
📌 Withdrawal Rules
- Notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing before the 15th of the month; otherwise, fees for the following month will be charged.
- The notice must be given by the person responsible for the pupil. Application forms for withdrawal are available at the school office.
- No Transfer Certificate or any other certificate will be issued until all dues are cleared in full.
📚 Admission Regulations by Class
- Up to Class VIII: Admissions are regulated by the rules, regulations, and orders of the State Government.
- Class IX: Admission is open only to students who have passed Class VIII from a CBSE‑affiliated or other recognised board/school approved by the State Education Department.
- Classes X–XII: Admissions are governed strictly by CBSE guidelines.
