📖 Rules of Conduct

📘 General Expectations

  • Every student must carry the School Diary daily.
  • Students should be clean, neatly dressed, and wear the school uniform on all class days, PTMs, and school functions.
  • Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and courtesy at all times.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

  • Bullying is strictly prohibited and will not go unnoticed or unpunished.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual laziness, disobedience, objectionable moral influence, or intentional discourtesy to teachers are grounds for dismissal.
  • Damage to school property must be compensated by the student responsible.
  • Throwing food, papers, or litter anywhere except in designated bins is forbidden.
  • No fines, collections, or sales may be made without the Principal’s prior permission.
  • Mobile phones, cameras, immoral books, CDs, pen drives, or unauthorized periodicals are strictly banned. Possession or distribution of such items may lead to expulsion.
  • Running, playing, or shouting inside the school building is not allowed.

🏫 Movement & Attendance

  • Students must walk in silence along corridors and staircases, keeping to the left side.
  • Late arrivals require the Principal’s signature in the Record of Late Arrival in the School Diary, countersigned by teachers.
  • Attendance at assembly and prayers before and after classes is compulsory.
  • No student may leave the school premises during school hours without a gate pass signed by the Principal.

🩺 Health & Safety

  • Students with health issues may use the sick room only with written permission from the Principal or class teacher.
  • Participation in physical education, games, and athletics is compulsory unless excused by a medical officer’s written recommendation.
  • Kindergarten pupils should have separate transport arrangements.
  • Students returning home late must inform their parents in advance.
  • Students commuting by two‑wheelers (Classes XI & XII) must wear helmets and possess a learner’s license. Violations will result in the vehicle being held in custody for 15 days. Double or triple riding is prohibited.

📚 Responsibility & Belongings

  • The school is not responsible for the loss of books, pens, money, or valuables.
  • Students must mark their belongings with their names.
  • Expensive watches, fountain pens, or valuable articles should not be brought to school.

👩‍🏫 Behaviour & Discipline

  • Students are answerable to school authorities for their conduct both inside and outside the school. Misbehaviour in public places may result in dismissal.
  • Students must greet teachers and visitors respectfully.
  • Abusive or foul language towards teachers or peers is strictly forbidden.
  • Students are permitted to apply henna only with prior permission.
  • Wearing nose pins, multiple earrings, rings, bangles, long nails, or nail polish is not allowed.
  • Students must converse in English within the school premises, and English conversation at home is encouraged.
  • Every student should strive to uphold the high standards of the school through excellence in academics, co‑curricular activities, good conduct, and moral character.

📝 Examinations & Meetings

  • Use of unfair means during examinations will result in zero marks in that subject.
  • Parent‑Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are held after every assessment/examination.
  • Parents may meet teachers every Tuesday after school for 20 minutes.

⚠️ Security & Liability

  • The school takes sufficient care for student safety but is not responsible for natural mishaps, accidents, or third‑party negligence.
  • The school is not responsible for unlocked vehicles or cycles.
  • No meetings, demonstrations, parties, or picnics may be organized without the Principal’s prior permission.
